This press-trip (Familiarization trip for journalists) has been organized by the Spanish Tourism Office in Austria and the Provincial Tourist Board of the Costa Blanca. In his journey, the Austrian journalist has toured different destinations in the province such as the city of Alicante, Benidorm, Guadalest and Fonts de l'Algar de Callosa and Dénia.

Tourism Dénia offered him a tour of Las Rotas, the Cap de Sant Antoni marine reserve, the traditional neighborhoods, the fishing port and marinas and the historical and commercial center, and informed him about the tourist offer of the destination, its natural surroundings and the project Dénia, Creative City of Gastronomy by UNESCO.

Likewise, Kaltenegger had the opportunity to taste Denia's native products in one of the restaurants of the city, being able to know first-hand the gastronomic quality for which Dénia is internationally recognized.

During his visit, the journalist expressed his satisfaction with the characteristics and the tourist offer of the destination, which adapts very well to the profile of the Austrian tourist who is a reader of the medium. For Dénia, this visit is an opportunity for promotion in a potential issuer market that presents a great interest for the destination.
