The National Police positively values ​​their annual work during the act of honor

The Dénia National Police Corps has celebrated its patron today with an event at the Social Center where the work of the police station has been taken over the last year, as well as honored agents for their merits.

The act has been chaired by the Chief of the Dénia National Police, Alejandro Luís Sánchez Moreno, the dean of the Dénia Courts, Marisa Fayos, and the mayor, Vicent Grimalt. The event has coincided with the 40 anniversary of the entry of women into the National Police Corps, so the agents have had special prominence, remembering that there are already 9000 currently in the statewide templates.

He has also used to share the work carried out during the last year in the municipality, among which the 178 humanitarian aid services carried out by the citizen brigade, the more than 600 acts for possession or use of narcotics, 35 for carrying weapons White or dangerous instruments on public roads, the dismantling of 4 criminal groups and detention of 38 of its components, closure of 3 drug outlets and detention of 8 people, detention of 26 people for crimes of robbery and 5 with violence, underlining that this year they have fallen with respect to the previous ones, and the service provided to 75 victims of sexist violence. "They will always find us working for their safety", Sánchez Moreno concluded after the speech.
