The prestigious journalist and writer specialized in education, Eva Millet, will be next Thursday, 5 of July in Dénia to talk about what is hyperpaternity and the dangers that this new culture of parenting entails, related to overprotective parents and hyperchildren without time to play nor to be bored with the excess of extracurricular activities that they must face.
The talk is organized by the Colegio Paidos and will be at the 18: 30 hours at the Social Center of Dénia, with free admission.
In his last book, HyperpaternityMillet says that "We have gone from having movable children, to whom we paid little attention, to having altar children, to whom we venerate". Millet argues that in this new breeding model "Work tools are imported, criticism is not accepted and, in addition, there is brutal competition between parents, since children are a sign of status".
