The Dénia Health Department has enabled a computer application that allows users to consult their appointments from any mobile device.
The new App, called MS Virtual Counter, offers the possibility of viewing appointments and pending tests with the specialist. Likewise, the application sends a notification the day before the appointment with the time and place to remind the user of the details of the visit with the specialist. In the event that the appointment is rescheduled or canceled, the user will also receive an alert on the mobile, even if the app is closed.
In addition, the application provides the functionality of directly contacting an operator through Telegram, ChatWeb or WhatsApp to resolve doubts related to administrative processes or manage appointments.
The objective is that people can consult, at any time, their pending appointments, facilitate access, streamline procedures and provide direct and quality contact with the patient management department of the Dénia Health Department through the different channels available .
In order to carry out the procedures, users must download the App from the Apple Store or from the Play Store, depending on the operating system of their mobile device.
Once the application is downloaded, they must register using their SIP number and date of birth. They will then receive a code on their mobile with the password they must enter and finally the system will ask them for a new password.
