More than 1500 children will participate in the IX Mini Jocs Marina Alta To be held in Denia from 1 to 3 in April. This year, as a novelty, it includes the discipline of swimming since Denia has a pool for practice.
From the CEMA (Consorci d'Esports Marina Alta) the importance of coexistence has been emphasized so much that during the days of competition, children and parents will live in Dénia with the importance of making a region, since 20 villages of the Marina Alta participate .
On Thursday, March 3, the torch will begin its tour in Calpe, from where it will walk through all the participating towns until arriving, the 30 of March, to Dénia, where it will be maintained until the closure of the games.
This year two exhibitions of photos have been programmed: the 28 of March will open the exhibition of the contest of sport photography "Ciutat de Dénia", Which will remain at the entrance of the sports hall to the 30 in April, and afterwards, from 3 in May, the exhibition of photos of the Mini Jocs can be visited in the same place, with photographs that will be made by a photographer hired by the organization.
The opening ceremony will be the 1 from April to the 20: 15 hours, although from the 16 hours there will already be competitions in progress, and the closing will be held on Sunday 3 in April at 13 hours, with the participation of the members of the Adapted Sports Sports Schools, which will make an exhibition.
