The MACMA approves a budget of 141.000 euros for 2019

The Cultural Association of the Marina Alta (MACMA) held an extraordinary plenary session last week with the aim of taking stock of the activities carried out so far this year, and the approval of the budgets for the new year. The meeting took place at the Casa del Batlle in Benissa, and was chaired by the Vicent Grimalt as president of the MACMA and the councilor of culture of Benissa Manuel Juan Giner.

For 2019, the MACMA has approved a budget that amounts to 141.000 euros, slightly higher than 2018 and that were approved unanimously by the attendees. From the regional body highlighted its growth, with the incorporation of the position of a full-time technician and its commitment to the sections on youth and tourism.

Precisely the manager of the service, Jovi Lozano, shelled the activities developed throughout this year, and highlighted one that has been working in recent months and that will be presented next November 10 in Ondara. This is the cultural map of the Marina Alta: a vertebrate project that will be accompanied by an exhibition and that aims to provide the municipalities of the region with an own resource for the promotion and dissemination of the territory from the patrimonial point of view.
