The Cultural Association of the Marina Alta (MACMA) approved in its last plenary session, held this week in Alcalalí, to integrate the field of education into its powers.
This adhesion was made through an appendix through which the will of the entity is documented and ratified by the "Promotion, participation and cooperation in the provision of municipal educational skills, as well as in sports and care for people for the entire population of the Marina Alta, as well as in those other public services that contribute to meet the needs and aspirations of the neighborhood community of the Navy and that the Commonwealth can assume within the scope of its powers ", competency guidelines that were raised through the joint initiative of the councilors and councilors of Education of the municipalities that make up the Commonwealth to take advantage of the existing administrative infrastructure.
This new incorporation complements the original article of the MACMA object and powers, while adding to the modification of the bylaws that began last term, where Tourism has already been included as a transversal action field of the Commonwealth. Between 2016 and 2017, on the other hand, the Young Marina Regional High Network was consolidated: a proposal to structure the joint management on Youth matters that is currently regulated by the Governing Council of the body made up of councilors, councilors and technical team of the area.
