The Youth Council has organized a new edition of Urbajove for next August 11, around the block that make up the streets of Vía, Carlos Sentí and Patricio Ferrándiz. In this new edition, Youth has decided to expand the creative possibilities of young people and has reconverted the graffiti contest, the central axis of the Urbajove day, into an urban art contest, in which, in addition to graffiti, there is also room for mural painting or any other type of technique that is worked on the wall.
The five contest finalists will start working on their creations at 18 hours and have up to 1: 30 hours to finish them. Those who use wall paint or graffiti will work in the area of Patricio Ferrándiz street, while contestants who use techniques with volume will do so at the walls of Via de la Vía.
Taking advantage of the fact that the August 12 is the International Youth Day, the council has chosen this theme as the basis of the contest.
At the same time, free recreational activities have been organized for the public. From 18:30 p.m. to 20:30 p.m., in La Vía street, there will be a water gymkhana and, until 22:30 p.m., skill games. In addition, from 21:XNUMX p.m. to midnight, on Carlos Street SentíThere will be a non-alcoholic cocktail workshop, urban dances and a music session with a DJ.
One way to improve and improve the appearance of Ondara Street would be to use the walls of the section that matches the rear of the gas station to paint it with graffiti.
