La Local Board Fallera de Dénia has signed a collaboration agreement with the Col·lectiu d'Estudis Fallers de Dénia and the Marina Alta (CEF) through which the CEF will be in charge of managing the culture delegation of the Fallera Local Board.
As announced by the president of the Local Board Fallera de Dénia, Jaume Bertomeu, in his inauguration speech, "the objective is to promote Fallas culture and tradition, and there is no one better than the Col·lectiu d'Estudis Fallers to carry out this task".
For Felip Sala, president of CEF, "to promote culture around the world of failures It is one of the functions that the CEF has set ourselves as the main objective, and that is why at the same time that Jaume Bertomeu communicates the proposal to us we do not doubt it in the least. Our collaboration with any institution that wants to promote the Fallas del Fuego festival has always been welcomed by all the members of the Collective ".
The presidents of the two entities, Jaume Bertomeu and Felip Sala, signed this collaboration agreement with the aim of highlighting the Fallas culture in the next four years.
The CEF is a cultural association that works on research and compilation of the history of the Fallas de Dénia and the Marina Alta region. Last March they presented their first publication on the history of the fire festivals in the region, L'Arreplegà.
