This Thursday, November 29, the Christmas lights begin to be installed in Dénia. This year, the Christmas lights will reach more streets of the city to extend the Christmas atmosphere to more corners of the city.
The Local Police has reported the street cuts that will take place today due to the installation of lights:
- 6: 00 - 8: 00: C / Patricio Ferràndiz (Bar Bus - C / Diana). Detour by C / Pedreguer.
- 9: 30 - 12: 00: C / Patricio Ferràndiz / C / Pedreguer
- 12: 00 - 14: 00: C / Quevedo (S. José - Hnos Ferchen)
- 15: 00: C / Colón (C.Carbonell-C / Diana) Deviation C / La Via.
For the Christmas holidays of this year, the city council has planned to install decoration in trees in the Cervantes esplanade, the avenue of Valencia with Loreto street and Valgamedios, Cholet, Jaume I and Benidorm squares.
Likewise, the streets Diana, Cop, Magallanes, Carlos Sentí, Colón, Sagunt, Patricio Ferrándiz, will be decorated with luminous arches in the stretch between Arxiduc Carles square and Diana street, La Mar, Quevedo, Marqués de Campo and the square Arxiduc Carles. Finally, luminous signs will be placed in the Plaza de la Constitució and access to the city by Alicante Avenue, Castell d'Olimbroi and Camí de Gandia.
The lights are scheduled to light on the next December 6.
