Everything pointed to a middle-aged man whom several witnesses saw running away from the scene in a hurry. The result was not long in coming, at the end of that same day the Civil Guard already knew the identity of the presumed author and, first thing in the morning of the next day, proceeded to his arrest in the town of Pedreguer, his place of
home.

Now, the Civil Guard investigates the reasons for the fire, if it is possible to deal with some quarrels between acquaintances, since two charred vehicles belong to a relative and a friend of his ex-partner. There is also a fire specialist team of the Civil Guard of Valencia, which investigates the way in which the ignition began.
