Only Elda, Torrevieja, Orihuela, Elx, Benidorm and Alicante currently have in our province a Prop office, responsible for information on procedures or procedures of the Generalitat and public employment.
Now, thanks to the agreement signed between the City Council and the Generalitat, Dénia will have a mixed office that will provide services for both the Generalitat and the city council.
The Generalitat will be responsible for providing the necessary human resources to provide general information and information services related to the processing status of files of its competence. Likewise, it must provide the necessary communications infrastructure to guarantee access to its databases and the computer media required by its personnel.
The Autonomous Administration will also facilitate the Waiting Management System, a software that allows organizing and improving citizen attention in the office.
The Ajuntament de Dénia, for its part, will provide the physical space where the office and part of the equipment will be installed.
The objective pursued its implementation is improving care for citizens, facilitating their relationship with management and reducing administrative burdens. It also seeks to avoid displacement, simplify procedures and reduce the required documentation in various administrative procedures, applying the principle of registration 'once', reduce to the minimum the use of paper and allow electronic exchange with the records of other administrations public.
With this agreement, Dénia will become part of the branch network Prop of Valencia.
