    Undoubtedly the Red Gamba de Dénia is our most prized delicacy, the only pity is that the market only leave the smaller shrimp as large is the strong leading restaurants in the area.

    Its flavor is incomparable, but I also suggest you to try the dried octopus and sea urchins, with a little bread are a delight.
