The 13 is not a number that issue in Gata, precisely because this year their magic will be illuminating a new edition of the Fira Gata al Carrer 8 9 and the DISD will be held October. In the thirteenth edition the aim is to increase the number of visits and publicize our local products, by people, by region. This year has been increased to 55 exhibitors and the number of activities and attractions.
La XIII Fira Gata al Carrer will offer a gastronomic journey that will reveal the proposals of the participants stands, enjoying their creations on chairs and tables to be shared throughout the grounds. Another novelty is the creation of a website where all the news generated around the event will be collected as well as information on stands and participants.
As every year, Fira Gata al Carrer proposes activities for all audiences. The 4th Chess Championship, live music, workshops, animation, zip line, tastings of local products or a children's fashion catwalk complete the fair's proposal. Furthermore, for the second year in a row, the Comerç de Gata association has launched the second stand contest on the networks to choose the best stand at the fair. Voting will be done through Facebook and a jury will choose the winning stand from among the most voted.

With a total of 55 exhibitors, this is the year in which more stands participating in the fair, offering a wide variety of products and services to visitors.
Bar service will run this year by the Festival committee 2017, the bar Baros, The bar E, Exclusive & Drinks: Ca Martí. Also in the gastronomic slope are the oven stands Dulcipan, Xaro oven, the bakery Andrés, butchery ca Curro, butchery peixet, butchery New Year's Eve, butchery Polish, the bakery The Pau or ice cream Can the Tramusser.
