The Federation of Soccer of the Valencian Community has taken the decision to suspend the day foreseen in the basic football for this weekend before the alert by risk of extreme rains by the planned episode of "cold drop"The suspension affects the categories Cadete, Infantil, Alevín, Benjamín and Prebenjamín, for both male and female soccer and futsal.
The meteorological alert decreed by the Generalitat Valenciana and advisable prudence in these cases have moved the Valencian Football Federation to suspend the next day of competition in the categories Cadet, Infant, Alevín, Benjamín and Prebenjamín of soccer and futsal masculine and feminine, including in this suspension the meetings advanced to the day of today, Thursday 18 of October, as well as those of tomorrow Friday and the weekend.
Following recommendations of the Generalitat
Given the recommendations of the Autonomous Administration and the warnings of the Emergency Coordination Center of the Generalitat Valenciana in anticipation of extreme seasonal rain at the local level, the Federation considers that this measure is the most advisable and appeals to the common sense of the clubs who participate in the other categories to apply prudence when making trips.
From the federative entity itself, through its Base Football and Futsal Competition Committees, it will be informed in the coming days about the proposed dates for the recovery of this suspended day.
