Amigourmet's «Marine Explosion» wins the XIII Tapa Route

The lid Marine Explosion elaborated by the restaurant Amigourmet de Dénia has won the prize of the public of the XIII edition of the Ruta de la Tapa organized by GuiaMe Comunicación. The lid, consisting of tuna and prawns braised on potato cylinder stuffed with marine stew and fruity base, has been the best valued by the "routers" who enjoyed the offer between October 19 and November 19.

The Aehtma prize, valued by a professional jury, has been for the restaurant The Rincon de Montava, that participated for the first time in the route with Rabo de Toro in Ravioli.

The prize of the Department of Tourism of Dénia, which rewards the most native tapa, has been for the restaurant Bonanza del Mercat Municipal, Sweet Wedding.

500 euros prize from Portal de la Marina

The mall Portal de la Marina continues collaborating with the Ruta de la Tapa. On this occasion, again, he has raffled a Euro 500 voucher among the riders who valued the 40 tapas on the route. The winner was Javier Castresano Quintana, from Bilbao, who together with his wife tried all the proposals and repeated more than one.
