The judge conducting the investigation of the Punic case has summoned 17 new people, including the former mayor of Dénia, Ana María Kringe. The magistrate attributes to the investigated crimes of fraud, influence peddling, embezzlement of public funds, falsification of commercial document or prevarication.
The new proceedings, requested by Anti-Corruption, seek to clarify the alleged contract fixes that there were with several businessmen and in what is related to the Dénia City Council when it was governed by the popular leader.
