The season represents a new look at the work of analysis and research of the product and the evolution of the kitchen starting from an origin, always in consonance and complicity with the territory and, above all, with an innovative spirit.

Dacosta says that "In our new menu there are old products and ancestral elaborations that coexist with modernity, fantasy, our language and style", while remembering that "In the work we are doing with salt, we have elaborations such as salted fish or pickles that already existed but we have given them our look, a new code and a personal feeling. We have researched and created something of a huge historical and anthropological burden, and we have achieved very different results ".

The team of the restaurant of Quique Dacosta aims with this new proposal "Expressing ourselves with authenticity and differentiation is a maxim, we want to seduce diners who come from all over the world to live a different proposal".

Last Monday, Quique Dacosta returned to the congress Madrid Fusion, in which dazzled the public with an extraordinary presentation with some touches of what will be this new season.
