The Baleària Business School addresses wellbeing and happiness in the company

Last Thursday it ended, in the facilities of Baleària Port, the first edition of the program Agora: People and Talent, aimed at people in charge of human resources of companies in the Marina Alta and surroundings. This program, carried out by the Business School Baleària ended with a talk on wellbeing and happiness in the company by Cecilia Coll, representative of the Department of People and Values ​​of Quinton Laboratories from Alicante.

Coll spoke about his company, a medium-sized company with fewer than 50 workers, which has been recognized on several occasions for the good treatment of its employees. The talk was attended by representatives of the regional companies Paco Martínez, Marina Salud, Delikia, Rolser, Casa Vigar, Pons Química, HLA-San Carlos Office y Baleària.

Since they began these talks, in February, a total of 90 people participated in one of the five talks organized with the intention of helping develop new methods when managing the organization of people and the talent of the Business. Ana Cascales, responsible for the EdEB, has described Ágora as a success: "We are delighted with the result of the program. We want to continue sharing experiences, doubts, ideas ... with colleagues in the sector to continue learning together".
