Add and follow the problems with the Rotes-Montgó sewerage works. This week we have learned that the City Council has sanctioned the company in charge, the commercial company Acción SA and Construcciones y Canteras del Vértice SA for depositing waste in private plots.
Specifically, they have occupied two private parcels of 5.400 and 4.022 square meters illegally in the area of La Pedrera. The company deposited remains of concrete, asphalt, earth and stone works being done without notice, without proper license or authorization from the owners.
The sanction established amounts to 30.050 euros and obliges the company to restore the plots within a month.
