Valencia will today be the nerve center where hundreds of people will travel to demonstrate in favor of the public school and against the cuts of the Generalitat.
The Platform for Public Education of the Marina Alta has chartered a bus to facilitate the arrival at the demonstration, in which they will vindicate, among other things, the debt that the Generalitat maintains with the institutes of Dénia.
At IES Chabàs the debt is around 103.000 euros, and it is estimated that until February there will be funds for current expenses. The IES María Ibars keeps up with the payments but the debt of the Generalitat reaches the 100.000 euros.
The demonstration will begin at 18 hours in the Plaza de San Agustín of the Valencian capital.
