The 2013 edition of Dénia Clàssics begin on Friday January 25

A program "varied and complete" According to its organizers, one more year of Dénia Clàssics has arrived to the cultural agenda of Dénia. Consolidated in the calendar as one of the most important cultural offers of the year, Dénia Clàssics 2013 bets for local and regional artists for its four concerts, which will be held during the months of January, February, March and April in the Social Center of Dénia.

The cycle of concerts will begin on Friday 25 of January with the performance of the dianense soprano Carmen Paula Romero, who will be accompanied by the pianist Francisco Cholbi. Both will offer a concert in which they will guide the public with statements as a guiding thread and will interpret pieces from the Baroque to Romanticism.

On Friday, February 22, it will be the turn of the Hungarian pianist based in L'Albir, István Isaac Székely, who will offer works by Chopin and Liszt.

On Thursday 28 in March, Holy Thursday, a string quartet with soloists of the Valencia Orchestra and the Balearic Symphony Orchestra "Ciudad de Palma" with solo clarinet Carlos Casanova will perform works by BH Crusell, Rossini and Bellini.

The last concert will take place on Friday 26 in April and will stand out for putting on stage a combination of performing arts. It will include the Dianense guitarist Vicent Ballester, the flautist Maria José Clemente, and the baller de Mariangeles Signes.

Tickets can be purchased in advance at Proakustic (Diana Street, Denia 49) or by contacting Konzert Freunde (965 788 840). They will also be on sale one hour before each concert at the Social Center box office. They will have a price of 12 euros per concert or 35 euros if you opt for the subscription to the four concerts.

Josep Vicent Giner, organizer of the cycle, thanked the collaboration of the municipality of Dénia facilitating the infrastructure. The councilor of culture, Pepa FontFor his part, he wanted to recognize the important work of Giner in organizing this cycle in such difficult times.
