As usual every year after the summer holidays, the board of Pensioners, headed by its president, Carme Bazán, met with the mayor, Ana Kringe e Isabel Gallego, Councilor Mayor of the City of Dénia.
Bazan and Miguel Ángel Ivars, manager of the Social Center, have released both the needs of Pensioners as activities for this new course 2011 / 2012. One of the outstanding issues has been holding the New Year's Eve party and the appointment of the Queen of Home.
Finally, the board has announced its request for a petanque court, an action that is the responsibility of the Department of works and services.
