With only 19 years, young Dianense Raquel López Van Beek has a promising future and pastries. This is demonstrated by its participation, next February 5, in the final of young hopefuls from the bakery to be held in Paris.
Rachel, who got a job after European champions in Junior category European Cup Bakery Louis LessaffreIt is the only Spanish representative in this competition, and faces with Florian Raymond (Mauritius), Elien De Herdt (Canada), Rianne Kuijntjes (Netherlands) and John Reminis (Australia) will be.
For this competition, Raquel will be supported by the prestigious Spanish confectioner Josep Pascual Aguilera, who has participated in numerous competitions bakery and has been a judge of the Bakery World Cup in Paris.
Participants will have a half hour to prepare their creations, valued an expert panel chaired by Pierre Zimmermann and formed by experts in international bakery Benny Swinenn and Mickael Jahan and food critics Maetz Hubert and Nicolas Rieffel.
