The Department of Housing, Public Works and Vertebration of the Territory is finalizing the sectoral reports of the PGE that correspond to it after the public exposure of the document. In this sense, the general director of Territorial Planning, Urbanism and Landscape, Luis Ferrando, has informed the City of Dénia that the report of land management, "one of the most relevant", it has already been issued and it "favorable and without conditions".
Ferrando met this morning in Valencia with the Mayor of Dénia, Vicent Grimalt, and the Councilor for Territory and Urban Quality, Maria Josep Ripoll, to address issues related to the General Structural Plan.
During the meeting they were informed that the report of the council certifies that the General Structural Plan of Dénia complies with the provisions of the Valencian Territorial Strategy as well as with the requirements set out in the Territorial Action Plan of the Green Infrastructure of the Coast of the Valencian Community (PATIVEL). This sectorial report is added to those already received from Tourism and Housing, also favorable to the structural plan project.
Regarding the NUT Ferrando has indicated that the Ministry of Housing, Public Works and Vertebration of the Territory is currently developing the phase of study of the allegations presented to these transitory rules to approve "sooner" Transitory Urban Regulations.
