Poetry Contest Adolfo Utor Acevedo grows older. This prestigious literary contest, a reference in national poetry, has achieved this year that more than 300 writers are interested in participating. Specifically, 270 presented poems in Spanish and other 70 did in Valencian.

Friday January 22 winners appointment and partners were given the Casa de Andalucía at the headquarters of the association in Dénia to celebrate the awards ceremony, attended by the mayor, Vicent Grimalt; The councilman of Culture, Rafa Carrió; Utor the widow of Adolfo Acevedo, and the president of the House, Mari Carmen Jiménez, responsible for the presentation ceremony.

The winners, the true stars of the night, picked up the commemorative socarrats of their prize, in addition to prize money (1.000 euros) and the publication of 40 copies of their works.

To end the evening, the poetry group of the Marina offered a recital of the poems awarded in the company of the guitarist Joaquín Boscà.
