January 20 from 2017 - 07: 45

FITUR 2017 continues to host important events that affect the city of Dénia. If on Wednesday it was presented in a novel Dénia Pesca Turisme project, on Thursday the Central Square of the Valencian Community was the scene of the presentation of the Original Soundtrack of the Red Shrimp of Dénia.

The authors of the creation, the dianenses Javier Pinto and José Pastor, moved to Madrid to give details of this action that has counted so far with a great impact on media nationwide and also has the love of the public that discovers it.

Javier Pinto said that it was "an honor to represent culture, gastronomy and the city of Dénia in a unique experience". Pinto explained that, through his compositions, they have tried "transport the listener to Dénia and make her taste the harmony of our flavors".

José Pastor, for his part, was grateful for "to be able to share with great international chefs and show our sailors, because they are also culture and represent our community". Pastor affirmed that "The prawn has a Mediterranean color, as the music is Mediterranean and as we are Mediterranean".

During the presentation, Dénia had the support of the regional secretary of Tourism, Francesc Colomer, who put Dénia as an example of a city with the capacity to interpret the Mediterranean, "a concept that is very identity that we can sell to the world". Colomer showed his respect to the creators for having united through music the sensations and being able to catch the essence of the Mediterranean live.

For the Autonomous Secretary of Tourism, the merit of this action lies in that "It would be very difficult to translate into any language in the world what evokes the taste of the Red Prawn of Dénia. The great summary of all this, in a single word, is Dénia".

At the presentation of the Original Soundtrack of the Red Shrimp Dénia attended a broad representation of the Dianense society that these days is in FITUR working for tourism in the city.
