The Band of Dénia participates in the musical Guinness records that were won in Mestalla

The Agrupació Artística Musical de Dénia could not miss one of the most important events of recent years in the Valencian music scene. On the occasion of the 50 anniversary of the Federació de Societats Musical de la Comunitat Valenciana, the musicians of the band participated in the call to beat several Guinness records last weekend at Mestalla along with other 14.000 musicians from all over the Region.

The act began with the parade of the 300 participating bands around the Valencian football field. Once inside, the musicians of the 420 bands participating in the venue played their instruments under the baton of the directors at night, Cristóbal Soler, Andrés Valero-Castells, Dídac Bosch, Saúl Gómez, Isidro J. Martínez, Marita Primo and Óscar Vidal.

After midnight the stellar moment arrived, with the more than 14.000 participating musicians converting their instruments into one.

Finally they managed to beat the records of the greatest parade of music bands in history; Greatest ensemble of saxophones; Greater ensemble of oboes; Greater tubal ensemble; Greater ensemble of trumpets; Greater trombone ensemble; Greater ensemble of tubas; Greater ensemble of euphoniums; Greater ensemble of clarinets and Greater ensemble of corporal percussion.

They remained to surpass the record of the Band of music greater of the world; Greater ensemble of fagots; Greater ensemble of flutes and Greater ensemble of fliscorns.
