04 July 2017 - 17: 33

The Provincial Court of Alicante has definitively rejected the complaint filed by the Association Against Corruption and Social Regeneration (Accors) against the councilors of the government team of the pentapartite that prompted a motion of censure against Paqui Viciano in the year 2008.

In its complaint, Accors considered that there could be crimes of prevarication and against the ordination of the territory, urbanism, the protection of the historical heritage and the environment, denouncing to the then mayor, Ana Kringe, And the councilors of his team: Vicente Chelet, Pepa Sivera, Sisco Signes and Horst Glöde, from PP; Pepa Font and Toni Sentí, from CU; Miguel Llobell and Emi Marcilla, from GD; Juan Sancho, from the PSD; and the socialist defector who made the change of government operation possible, Juan Collado, now deceased.

It was last June of 2014 when the association submitted a letter to the Attorney General's Office listing what they considered the crimes committed, a complaint that was processed to the prosecutor's office Benidorm and formalized the 8 2015 last January in The Palau de Justicia of Denia. The fact that the prosecution presented this letter as a complaint indicated that they considered that there was something to investigate, but finally Judge Javier Reyes decided to shelve the matter in February 2016.

Now, almost a year and a half later, the Alicante Provincial Court has dismissed this complaint.
