This week has served as a starting point to informational workshops on the General Structural Plan Dénia it intends to adopt during the first quarter. The report team met with professionals, entrepreneurs and individuals to explain in three different meetings document.
The businessmen insisted on the importance of making the declaration of a floodable municipality, in order to be able to initiate actions before PATRICOVA and substantially improve both access to the city and the internal road connection between the different sectors. Likewise, they bet on providing better basic infrastructures to the areas of Marines, Les Rotes and the Montgo.
In the workshop professionals questions focused on the perimeter round iferentes proposing alternatives for this new route and reiterated the importance of giving priority to use the tertiary (services) on the other. It was also proposed that the construction of hotels and residences family-seniors is enhanced.
Participants of the workshop for civil society focused on the widening of the road to Les Marines, including land reserves for perimeter parking lots or make investments to improve the current state of the industrial estate.
The ideas discussed during this week and next, in the workshops to be held for residents (Monday 26), and residents of La Xara (Tuesday 27) and Jesus Pobre (Wednesday 28) will be reflected in a binding document to be presented at second sessions held in order to draw conclusions that document annexed to the town before taking the full city.
