Tuesday, January 10, it is judged in the Provincial Court of Alicante, a man accused of raping a woman at his restaurant in Denia.
The incident occurred in May 2014 when the victim and a friend came from an entertainment area of Denia and were approached by the defendant and another man, who invited them to go to a restaurant owned to continue the party. In the establishment, they put music and drink alcohol.
According to the indictment, at one point in the morning, the defendant took advantage of the drunken state of the woman to rape her. As a result of the sexual assault, the victim suffered injuries to the knees, elbows and arms. The prosecutor asks for a penalty of 12 years in prison for a crime of rape.
