A mystery, a monster, a secret lodge, a horror story, two time travelers, a love adventure ... These are the ingredients of # LaFórmulaSecreta, the new commitment of the IVAJ Youth Card for books, games, learning in values and interactive experience through reading.
The Dénia Youth Department has joined the IVAJ in this initiative so that the youth of Dénia can closely enjoy a multidimensional experience articulated by reading a magnificent work.
# LaFòrmulaSecreta is an invitation to the reading journey, an authentic collaborative and participatory experience, with debates, games and countless virtual and face-to-face activities around a literary work, where readers, young people, will become the protagonists of a world of experiences created around a book, L'efecte Frankenstein, and its author, Elia Barceló, from Alicante, who has just been awarded the 2020 National Prize for Children's and Young People's Literature for the authorship of this fast-paced novel.
It is an initiative that affects education in values with educational leisure tools and through an innovative digital platform, LEA Lectura Abierta, which is an innovative digital platform that enriches the reading experience with forums, wikis, videos, audios, face-to-face experiences and other collaborative, social and creative activities.
LEA Open Reading has designed a collaborative, fun and formative reading of a work, L'efecte Frankenstein, which will allow education in fields such as gender, personal growth, participation or prevention of violence, while encouraging reading, debate and learning about other historical eras.
And as the first stop on this exciting journey ... an escape room! With the collaboration of the Municipal Public Library, the City Council has prepared for the afternoon of Friday, November 6, an activity with which young people will have to pass the tests to be part of a secret lodge, which will be in charge of valuable missions in this adventure.
To register you must be between 12 and 18 years old and fill out the form found at the following link: https://forms.gle/*9N7kZBChdz2MhUwBA. The capacity is limited, so it is recommended to register as soon as possible.
The activity will be in small groups and hygiene and prevention measures against COVID-19 will be applied, so each participant will have to come with their mask.
