The current Bloc councilor in the municipality of Dénia, Josep Crespo, It has announced he will not stand for their party primaries to head the list of the upcoming municipal elections.
According to Crespo in a statement, "It is incompatible to continue as a councilor in the city council and work to earn the right to head the lists of my party, my priority is to do the work that my voters commissioned me".
Crespo also explains that "Right now I don't have the necessary enthusiasm to pass an exam and even less to compete with a friend, as it is Rafa Carrió".
And it is that, today, Rafa Carrió is the only application submitted to head the list of Bloc Compromís in Dénia in the party primaries.
