Jesús Pobre's EATIM is immersed in the change of the illumination of the whole term by LED lights, more economical and sustainable. These works, which have been implemented thanks to a grant from the Provincial Council of Alicante, include the unification of a single luminaire model, and will result in energy savings of between 40% and 50% of billing.
This work, with an investment of 86.703,92 euros, and a period of execution of one month, is considered as another endowment of the people of Jesus Pobre, since there were different models and systems of illumination, some obsolete, with deficiencies of illumination in certain Areas of the urban center, and obviously, high cost of maintenance and energy consumption.
The project in execution consists of replacing LEDs with "warm" light from 141 lampposts, the substitution integrates with other 52, thus disappearing the disused models, and finally the 12 projectors of the sports court which will also include a shutdown timer, And will be installed in all roads, streets and squares of the Eatim, including the CV-738 section of the urban area of Jesus Pobre.
In the meantime, the work of burial of containers continues that are framed in the works of the Plan Confianza. It is important to highlight the importance of this project, bearing in mind that the current surface system causes a great visual impact due to the physiognomy of the streets (narrow, single-faced façades), as well as the generation of smells and leaks to the subsoil, Circumstances that will be solved with the burial in 3 points with 5 batteries each.
