Last Friday saw the IV Wine Tasting organized by the Children's Commission Falla Baix la Mar. About sixty people gathered in our house to try and savor the wines of the Blasco wineries from the hand of Pepi Gavilà.
A fun as well as a different way to celebrate valentine with a good atmosphere fallero, where there were gifts for the attendees.
A tasting of good wines such as the Nodus with designation of origin Utiel-Requena, which was followed by a good dinner with peppers, chistorra, eggs in sauce, meat lollipops, mangos and pork ribs, strudel, fried milk and much more ¡S ... a delight.
This week we have a very intense weekend: Saturday will be the turn of the inauguration of the Exhibition of Ninot and at the end, the Sopar Gala organized by the Local board fallera where we have the pleasure of having different falleros that will be awarded the most distinctive: the Bunyol d'or fulles of Llorer i amb Brillants. Jose Miguel Bolufer, Vicent Moncho Agustí and Salvador Llorens are blessed with this distinction after years of perseverance and work in our committee. Congratulations to all three!
Sunday, and gather strength for the journey through the different Fallas districts to hear the falleros bàndols, the crida and cry, Jose Miguel Bolufer (El Surdo) will delight us with his specialty: I guidado octopus. For the little ones there will macaroni. We will use the event to deliver the scrolls to the top positions and to distribute the bands falleras who could not leave the presentation.
