The next 11, 12 13 June and the Marina Health Hospital of Dénia together with the DKV Art and Health Chair of the Polytechnic University of Valencia, will celebrate the second edition of the International Congress of Art and Health Spaces.
Meeting places: creativity, art and health
This congress is framed under the slogan "Meeting places: creativity, art and health" will deal with how artistic currents affect certain fields of medicine such as neuroesthetics, music therapy and creativity.
Each of the subject areas to be addressed over the three-day conference will be addressed by renowned professionals, national and international. The tables are also complemented communications, which addressed from a different perspective more specialized projects in the field of art and health.
Art health
The Department of Health of Dénia develops in the hospital from 2009 the cuidArt project, a pioneering initiative in Spain. This project develops numerous actions such as art exhibitions, mural interventions, music therapy workshops, art therapy or theater.
The International Congress of Art and Health Spaces will also be an opportunity to disseminate, analyze and, ultimately, improve this work, putting it in relation with other initiatives of the national and international context.
