Evangélica Bautista Church of Dénia La Trinitat fulfilled in 2014 its centenary in the city.

History

The March 25 1914 first meet discreetly at home several faithful teacher of juguetero Rodrigo Piquer, fresh from Valencia to work in the remarkable and growing industry Dianense toy.

That day, some relatives and friends of the evangelical believer Rodrigo Piquer, are unknowingly creating the nucleus of the first Evangélica Bautista Church "La Trinitat" of Dénia, which has been forced for more than half of its history to hide powerless manifest themselves as Protestant community.

The 1920 the Main Street Theater La Mar was rented for worship. Already in the years 60 moved to the Church Street Patricio Ferrándiz, where it is now and where cults and religious ceremonies are held on time.

Today, 100 years later, the Protestant community in Dénia consists of more than 500 people who celebrate their faith weekly in the temple of the Evangélica Bautista Church "La Trinitat".

Mass schedules and the Church

In the Evangélica Bautista Church "La Trinitat" of Dénia cults, services and celebrations are held, but no masses.

On Sunday mornings, at 11: 30, the new temple located at Alfa & Omega School hosts the weekly cult celebration. An hour before, in the same place, prayer groups are held.

On Thursdays a Bible study takes place at 20 hours, with groups in the temple of Patricio Ferrándiz and in the new temple of the Alfa & Omega school.

Weekly services are held since the year 2007 in the new church temple, built on the plot of the Alfa & Omega school. It is a two-story building that was decided to begin construction in the year 2001 after the city council denied them access to public facilities for religious purposes.

Currently the temple, which accommodates more than 800 people turn acts as a hall of the school and has become the largest city hall to host events and social gatherings.

Celebrations

The faithful can access the church for its celebrations. To do this you can contact the team pastors and church volunteers, who will attend and inform them of the steps to celebrate.

Price of admission

Entrance to both temples is free, although access time is limited. In the temple of Patricio Ferrándiz there are volunteers who attend to the visitors, while the temple of Alfa & Omega is open during school hours.
