Dorian Gray It launches its first year and Working Flair Bartending, an acrobatic form of mixology which involves making rapid movements with glasses, bottles, shakers and fruit.
The course lasts 20 hours and provides the knowledge about molecular mixology needed to work as a professional mixologist.
