When people enter The Marine appreciates the variety of tapas and dishes that can be tasted both in the port restaurant and in the Rotates. Of the products that the sea gives us, one of the most famous (with the permission of the shrimp) is the octopus. In The MarineAnd according to season, we cooked in different ways.
Braised may be an option. Octopi large sun dried and then burned on the fire to pour plated olive oil. Another of the most desired by our customers is the octopus stew we serve. It is a widespread and local recipe accompanied by good wine turns out to be a delicious delicacy.
Also for homesick northern Spain we prepare large specimens Galician. You know: boiled, with paprika, oil and potato-based. A spattering of octopus is highly recommendable during the summer and spring (peppers, tomatoes, onions, oil ...).
