The company of coding, analysis and consultancy of health centers and industry, IASIST, has awarded the hospital HLA San Carlos of Dénia the 'TOP20 2018' award in the category of small hospital comprehensive hospital management.
The awards were held in its nineteenth edition, yesterday, Wednesday 24 October at the Official College of Architects of Madrid. A total of 140 hospitals of the National Health System were presented.
The IASIST TOP20 awards are based on an evaluation program of hospital centers that measures different indicators obtained from data that are recorded routinely and in which more than 30 processes and 120 indicators are analyzed.
Dr. María Desamparados Marco Lattur, medical director of HLA San Carlos Office, recognized in the act of delivery "the effort of the entire team that makes up the hospital, as well as the illusion, the daily work and the heart that they put in each day to offer the best version of themselves ". In this sense, I was grateful "the confidence of the management of the HLA Group, especially doctors Francisco Ivorra and Benito García-Legaz, president of the HLA Group and Medical Director, respectively" Another of the important aspects highlighted by Dr. Marco Lattur was "lTOP20 Integral Management award category means being among the best managed hospitals in Spain, comparing us to very relevant centers throughout the country and showing that our processes are constantly improving and this is an incentive to continue improving every day".
HLA, leader in the TOP20 awards
The HLA Group already has this award in several of its hospitals. In the previous edition HLA La Vega de Murcia and HLA Los Naranjos de Huelva were awarded for being the best centers to adapt to the reference classification for coding and clinical and morbidity registry in Spain, CIE-10-ES.
For its part, HLA Montpellier already has experience in these awards since it was awarded two years ago in the same category, being the first hospital in Aragon to achieve it.
