With the celebration of the General Presentation, the beginning of classes at the Associated Center of UNED Dénia and its Classrooms of Xàbia and Benidorm.
The general presentation of the course took place in the Assembly Hall and was chaired by Raquel Martí, Director of CA UNED Dénia, who welcomed the university community commenting that "The UNED is the largest University in Europe in number of students, your choice is a good choice. (...) Let nothing stop you, because you will always have the support of all the teachers here from the UNED of Dénia, Benidorm and from Xàbia, and I'm sure you're going to get it ”.
He then introduced each of the people who are part of the UNED Management Team as well as the Student Representation.
They stressed their willingness to be there for everything that students need in relation to their studies at the UNED and agreed that, studying at the UNED, requires a great effort but at the end of the journey there is usually a great reward since, in addition to With the knowledge acquired, most companies look for these graduates for the set of skills and qualities they acquire.
At the end of the general presentation, the students were distributed in different classrooms and a presentation was made by studies of the different Degrees, Languages and Access Course.
It was informed about how each of the degrees offered would be developed, specifically the areas of Economics, ADE, Tourism, Art and Humanities, Science and Engineering, Psychology, Law, Criminology, CC. Legal, CC. Policies, Sociology, Social Work, Social Education and Pedagogy. In addition to the Access Course for 25 and 45 seniors and language courses.
The students were attended at all times by the teachers of the Center, being informed about the operation of the Uned platform, forums, exams, how to move around the web, the services of the center and the Uned, etc. and advice was given on how to prepare the subjects by encouraging them in their new stage as students, highlighting the importance of attending tutorials, and making friends within the University, as it helps to be motivated and motivated to do their best in moments of difficulty.
Registration remains open for the 28 Degrees, 11 Combined Degrees, 77 Official Masters, Doctoral Studies and Access Course until the October 23 and the 14 Languages until the November 8.
