The Casal de la falla was the scene of one of the most anticipated and most successful events of the fallero exercise: the famous women's dinner. This edition the chef was Alvaro Verdú accompanied by his great team.
The cooks prepared a series of starters dishes with salads, oxtail in sauce and 'trompe l'oeil' churros with chocolate. Then they took shusi with vegetable tempura followed by cream cheese with pasta and seafood. Rolled veal main course with side dish to conclude a dessert that surprised the audience.
More than seventy women attended and enjoyed the dinner and the night lengthened with drinks and good atmosphere until very late at night.
