The Ministry of Finance and Economic Model has accepted the free transfer, by means of a lawsuit mutation, of a plot by the City Council of Dénia, in order to allocate it to a center for people with functional diversity, as published in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana (DOGV).
The plot, which has a total area of 10.279 square meters, is located in the Santa Paula de Dénia area, and is accepted free of charges and levies and up-to-date with any expenses.
The property will now be incorporated into the General Inventory of Assets and Rights of the Generalitat, as an asset in the public domain, subject to the social assistance service and attached to the Vice-Presidency and Ministry of Equality and Inclusive Policies, who will be responsible for its administration, defense and conservation.
This assignment is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Law 14/2003, of April 10, on Assets of the Generalitat, which establishes that the territorial administrations of the Community may affect property and lawsuits rights to a public use or service that is the responsibility of the Generalitat and transmit the ownership of these when they are necessary for the fulfillment of its purposes.
The Generalitat will maintain ownership of the assets as long as they continue to be affected by the indicated public use or service. If any of the assets is not destined for this use or public service or ceases to be used later, it will revert to the transferring Administration, and will be integrated again into its patrimony.
