GDCU proposes that the places are signaled potentially waterlogging

November 02 from 2015 - 09: 47

The councilor of Gent of Dénia-Centre Unificat, Miguel Llobell, proposed in the past plenary session of October that the City Council consider signaling places that, with the rains, are in danger of flooding.

As an example he set the parking area of the San Andrés, whose vehicles are at risk every time it rains. It is the way, explained the councilman, to alert neighbors who do not know the danger of what could happen to their vehicles if it rains a little more than usual.

Among the areas to be signaled also he said in Camí del Camí Llavador and areas of Gandia.

Totally agree with you, Antonio. I live in the Llavador area from 2001 and have never seen any action to avoid flooding. To make matters worse, when the area dries up, what remains on the surface is a smelly solid fecal residue that accompanies us, along with some puddles full of mosquitoes, for several days.

  2. Antonio says:

What they should do is fix these areas, so they do not flood, instead of señalizarlas. For that we are paying the canon of sewage in the water bill.
