The term to pay the IBI ends: so you can pay (if you have not done so yet)

This Friday 5 of October finalizes the voluntary term to pay the receipts of the Tax on Real Estate (IBI) and the Tax on Economic Activities (IAE), among other municipal taxes.

From Suma remember that, to facilitate these procedures, have increased the channels of attention to the citizen, reinforcing the telephone service, the new chat and social networks.

Payment

To pay the bills, taxpayers who do not have them domiciled have different means of payment. In this sense, they can do it in the collaborating banking entities, directly in the offices of Suma with their credit card, in the web of the organism, in the Points of Digital Attention installed in the own offices or through the Telephone of Attention to the Taxpayer.

The Suma website is one of the preferred channels for citizens, since they can comfortably perform all their procedures without schedules, without waiting, without having to travel and from any device. Specifically, the online procedures that have increased the most with respect to the same period of the previous year are card payments (one 40%) and the receipt download (one 38%).

To facilitate access to the Electronic Office, Suma makes available to users SumAcademy, a platform of video tutorials prepared by the staff of the organization, which explains step by step and in a simple way how to perform the different procedures. The channel hosts, in addition to videos in Spanish and Valencian, as well as content in English, French and German. As a novelty, sign language has also been integrated.
