The Multiesport-UCMontgó cycling team has had a weekend full of successes. In the Valencian town of Llombai, the "Marxa BTT Transaledua", where Alejandro Seguí was second and Roberto Gómez was third in the overall general classification. Both were winners in each of their categories. They were joined by Carlos Copoví with third place in the 50 Master category, thus completing a successful MTB morning.
Team leaders in the Volta Ciclista a la Marina
The second open front for the Dianense team was the stage of the "Volta Ciclista a la Marina", disputed in Dénia. A race where the team was very present in the front positions of the peloton.
In a test that despite rolling slower than in previous editions there were many obstacles and incidents, no falls to regret luckily.
The riders of this team proved to be up to the task as they managed to compete in the sprint of the 20 group, escaped with Dani Plaza, Thomas Scheffer, Javier Almela and Pablo Plaza, with the first of them finishing third in the category Master 30.
In addition the team continues leading the classification by teams although in this race had to settle for second place.
