Filà Marins Corsaris

In September of the year 2001, a group of friends closely linked to parties Moors and Christians Dénia were encouraged to form the first pirate row of the festivities: the Marins Corsaris row, belonging to the christian side.

As good pirates, their clothing consists of trousers and boots dark, white shirt, vest garnet and leather belt.

Origin of its name

Marins Corsaris refers to the privateers pirates who for centuries sailed the waters of the Mediterranean in search of lands to conquer and store treasures.
