It is an international formation “of authentic luxury that counts among its ranks musicians of the stature of the British trumpeter Paul Evans, the Dutch multi-instrumentalist Frank Roberscheuten on clarinet and alto sax, the French trombonist Samuel Marthé, the Polish pianist Richard Busiakiewicz ” and Enric Peidro himself. I got information about this Festival very recently, and I wish you lots of success!

But there is something to be improved for next concerts: if tickets are sold out at Notikumi, and you live 100 km away, how can you make sure to have tickets in advance?
So far, it seems impossible, as at Hotel Chamarel, or Ale-Hop (having tickets available), both claim that you have to go personally, and pay cash. There is no way to reserve a ticket, even paying by Bizum, or paying cash at Ale-Hop Valencia.
Difficult to imagine these problems in today's world.

Message to get organized: make it easy!

First of all we are very sorry that you cannot get tickets, and would like to thank you for your kindness wishing us success. Thanks very much. Re tickets availability, online tickets have been available online since July 12t until they were sold out (for the concert of August 4th tickets were available online until the day before) with we think its pretty reasonable.Still, you are right: for people not living in Dénia or ready to do the trip just to purchase tickets there's no other way than buying them online, and that's why we have them available (online) with nearly a month in advance. Having said so, we are truly sorry for you not being able to get a ticket online. Thanks anyway for your constructive criticism

I had the opportunity to enjoy the first concert this year, and I corroborate what was said in the previous article.
However, I must state that it seems like a festival made for the people of Denia and its surroundings. Let me explain, I'm from Valencia, and the day of the concert I couldn't get tickets through Notikumi. Despite this, I showed up in Denia (unconsciously) thinking that since the concert was in a large garden, there would be no problem. They told me that Notikumi doesn't sell after 19:00! Internet closed!!! But luckily they had tickets left and we were able to get in.
Today I tried to get tickets for the Jussie Gordon concert, well, in Notikumi they are sold out (understandable), but you call Ale-Hop, and Hotel Chamarel, to reserve them, even offering to pay for them now by Bizum, or in cash in Ale -Hop Valencia, and picking them up the same day of the concert. Well it's impossible!
    Wow customer service!
The truth is, I am not willing to go expressly to Denia and find that there are no tickets left.

I wish you much success in the future, and that you have many clients… from Denia!

Hello Luis, we are sorry that you have not been able to get tickets online, and we thank you for attending Carole Alston's concert but indeed, the online platform is the only way to obtain tickets without having to travel, Tickets have been on sale at Notikumi since the day July 12, and they have been sold out on the same day August 9, that is, there have been tickets available for about a month for anyone who did not reside in Dénia or for whatever reason preferred the digital option to the physical one. Although we are very sorry for your dissatisfaction and wish we could help you, we believe that the customer service is correct and various options have been offered for a long period of time. Having said that, again, we are very sorry that you were not able to attend the Jessie Gordon concert but as of today there is still availability online for the concerts on August 18 and 25 respectively, in case you are interested. Regards and thanks your comments
