The referee Leon, Fernando Calatrava, settling in Dénia, belonging to the Valencian College, is one of the 12 collegiate that will have the opportunity to direct matches in the final phase of the Copa del Rey to be played in Vitoria from 16 to 19 in February.
Calatrava is one of the largest collegiate projection in the Endesa League is international since February 2013 and has experience in Copa del Rey final.
With Fernando Calatrava other members who participate in this competition are, Francisco José Araña, Antonio Conde, Carlos Cortés, Juan Carlos García, Daniel Hierrezuelo, Benjamín Jiménez, Sergio Manuel, Jose Antonio Martin Beltran, Miguel Angel Perez, Emilio Pérez Pizarro and Carlos Peruga.
The competition will start on Thursday with 16 clash between Baskonia and Iberostar Tenerife to 19 hours. That same day at 21 hours begin the match between Real Madrid and Moroban Andorra. Friday will be played at 17 19 hours the clash between Valencia Basket and Herbalife Gran Canaria. In the 21 hours the match between FC Barcelona and Unicaja Malaga will take place.
The semifinals will play the winners of each qualifier on Saturday at 18: 30 the first and second semi-final will start at 21 hours. The grand finale will be on Sunday at 18: 30 hours.
