José Vicente González Pérez was born in Grazalema (Cádiz) the 19 1943 March. He is a retired teacher and self-taught and has attended painting workshops Estefanía Ramos, Bachelor of Fine Arts. He is a member of the Association of Artists Alicantinos.

His paintings have served as illustration of various literary publications.
